Zestar!® Apple are a hybrid apple cultivated in Minnesota. These apples are known for being early to ripen - late August through early September! Their sweet/tart fruit packs a punch with a subtle hints of brown sugar. Zestar!® Apple have been conditioned to withstand the cold, harsh winters of the north. These apples are great for cooking or fresh eating, and can be stored for up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
