Sweet Cherry Pie trees are compact trees that are perfect for home gardens or small orchards. It blooms in mid-May and produces a large yield of cherries. Its fruit is sweet for a "sour" cherry, but its most common use is still pies and jams (rather than fresh eating). Sweet Cherry Pies are self-pollinating but will have larger yields when paired with another variety of cherry.
