Honeycrisp was developed in cold country (Minnesota) and our customer favorite. This apple is best for eating raw with its sweet, crisp, extra juicy fruit, and stores well in a cool location. Honeycrisp bloom mid-season and ripen in late September, so it provides valuable wildlife food as well.
